HCHS and Kindale Developmental
Association has undertaken to provide a facility to attract and retain physicians and other integrated healthcare services for our community. Through financial support in the form of donations, endowments, debentures, etc. we are working towards building and owning a community family practice centre which benefits us all.

made payable to HCHS.
Pledges may be made over a 3 year period.
All donations are tax-deductible.
Donations may also be dropped off to any HCHS board member, at the HCHS Campaign Office (at RE/MAX Armstrong), Haugen Family Practice Centre and at the Kindale offices on Patterson Ave.
